Unfortunately, your monthly support time does not rollover. We make sure to provide you with your allocated time every month and will inform you if you still have time left at the end to ensure it is used wisely.

Our preventative care department works around the clock to prevent such issues from occurring. However, should your website go down our team will begin discussions with the web host to solve this problem for you. We will also provide you with the highest level of security to prevent your site from being hacked. Should this still occur, we will assist you in the process of restoration, ensuring the job is completed ASAP

This depends entirely on your own needs. In general, these sessions are used to make small requests such as design tweaks. If you require a whole new page for your website, you can let us know during the session and we can book in another time to discuss this further.

During our calls, our team will bounce ideas from both sides in order to make additional website improvements. This time is often used to make minor updates as well as gain further insight or training.

Sometimes our clients will need more contact hours to complete a task. If this occurs, we can provide you with a separate quote and book in a session where we can discuss your plans further. The price of this quote will be based on a case by case basis.
