What Does Our Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

We will begin with a 30 minute phone interview in which we will ask you several questions to determine whether or not you are best suited within our business.

2. First Interview

During your in-person interview, we will build on the questions we asked previously, whilst covering new areas and knowledge based on your application.

3. Technical Test

If we are happy with your interview process, we will provide you with a technical test to ensure you understand the fundamentals of the position you have applied to.

4. Offer

If you have been successful in the previous 3 stages, we will provide you with a job offer in the position you applied for. Congratulations, you’re now part of the Seven Infinity team!
